J. W. BILL KENT June 28, 1931 - April 12, 2002 Bill passed away suddenly and peacefully on April 12, 2002 of natural causes. He leaves behind his father Fred Kent (Kelowna) brother Ron and June Kent and family (Vancouver) children, Felicia and Rod Reid (Georgia), Bill and Maggie Kent (Edmonton), Andrea and John Rae (Brighton), and Jeannine and Andy Harper (Barrie). Grandpa will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Karmen, Nicole, Johnson, Keegan, Andrew and Aydan. Also missing Bill are his nieces and nephews, Susan Fernig and family, Blair Kent and family, Laura Maclaren and family. Bills children wish to thank Winnipegs Health Sciences Centre and all involved public civil service organizations for their compassionate assistance in the care of Bill and his effects. Those caring to honour Bills memory can make contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The immediate family is honouring Bills memory and Cropo Funeral Chapel has conducted a cremation and private interment. Bill will always be remembered for his generosity of spirit, sense of humour and willingness to support anyone in need. Those who knew Bill best will always remember him in the finest light.
