NELLIE LIPINSKI It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Nellie Lipinski, age 83 years on April 25, 2002 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her husband Frank of 60 years; daughters, Carol (Dale) Moffatt, Vicki (Neil) Frantz, Arlene (Rick) Welgush, also by grandchildren, Wade Moffatt, Lauren and Lindsey Welgush. Nellie was predeceased by her parents, Pauline and John Rogoski; brother Walter and sister Anne. Until retirement in 1985 to Teulon, Mom and Dad farmed in the Petersfield area. Mom took pleasure in the simple things in life - gardening, baking and cooking. She also enjoyed visits with friends and relatives. Her kindness and generosity were shown toward her children and grandchildren who were the most important part of her life. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, Teulon. Rev. Father Stan Gacek will officiate. Interment of cremains will follow in the St. William Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, P.O. Box 2248 Stn. Main, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 9Z9. The family expresses a special thanks to Dr. Maharaj and the staff of the Charleswood Care Centre. Their concern and kindness were much appreciated.
