LUCIENNE M. JEANSON (nee GREGOIRE) (1920 - 2002) On Friday, April 26, 2002, surrounded by her family, Lucienne, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 years at the St. Boniface Hospital. Lucienne will be lovingly remembered by her three sons, Paul, Andre (Pamela) and Marc (Ainslie) daughter Joanne (Rene) from Montreal; son-in-law Sylvio Lachance (Claudette) daughter-in-law Louise and very dear friend Valerie; 11 grandchildren, Darren (Joanne), Darcy, Jeffrey (Carol), Kevin, Melinda, Kayla and Dylan Jeanson, Serge and Lisette (Devol) Lachance, Chantal (Richard) and Karine Harvey and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn three brothers-in-law, Marcien Desorcy, Donat Lavallee and Arthur Landry as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Georges in 1977; daughters, Juliette Lachance in 1998 and Nicole in 1999. Mom loved to be with her loved ones, going out for supper and family get-togethers. Her favourite saying was "Il est donc beau et donc fin". Prayers will be said at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 29 followed by Mass of the Resurrection in Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church in Lorette, MB with Rev. Fr. Maurice Jeanneau presiding. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Our family wishes to express sincere thanks to Dr. Giannouli, the staff and pastoral care at St. Boniface Hospital.
