ALBERT (BERT) JAMES EISTHEN January 26, 1950 - May 3, 2002 Albert James peacefully joined his father, William Russell, second father Lowell and his brother-in-law John May 3, 2002. Survived by his mother Phyllis; sister Sharon, John (Ester), Jim (Amy), Andrew and his brother George (Vera), Russell, Matthew and Kama Rae. Bert will be sadly missed by all of his families and his many friends. He was always ready to lend a hand; a work project was never too big or too small for him to tackle. Bert was known as the local groundskeeper at the trailer park. He enjoyed the campfire get togethers, the occasional horseshoe ringer, the sometimes "pretty good" golf shot and our family gatherings. He had a unique sense of humour and loved a good joke, especially after he took pleasure in the "odd" refreshment. Berts warm, caring nature, his ability to share and his patience with children and animals will be fondly remembered by all. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., entrance on Aubrey Street. A private interment will take place. Flowers are gratefully declined.
