RICHARD KUNERT It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of our friend Richard Kunert on August 22, 2002. Richard was predeceased by numerous family members. Richard was born in Darrmietzel, Germany on July 6, 1934. He immigrated to Canada in 1960. Richard lived in Winnipeg most of his life and then moved to Okanagan Falls, BC in 1999. He worked as a plumber until he retired, and he also was a member of Local Union No. 254 in Winnipeg. Richard was a former member of the German Society of Winnipeg and the St. Hubertus Game and Fish Club. Richard loved the outdoors and was a successful hunter and fisherman. He will be remembered for the depth of his commitment to family and friends. Richard will be deeply missed. Arrangements entrusted to Parkview Funeral Home, 1258 Main St., Penticton, BC. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Winnipeg.
