Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICK LUCHIK August 4, 1926 - September 5, 2002 Suddenly on Thursday, September 5, 2002, Nick passed away at home. Nick was predeceased by his wife, Winnie, of 51 years. He is survived by his brother Tony;, and his children, Brian, Linda Dubyts (Len), Ken, Doug, Susan Bishop (Bob), and Alan. He had seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Nick worked for CN, mostly at Transcona shops, for 35 years. His great passions were his grandchildren and golf. His wish was to be cremated. A service will be held at the house on Saturday, September 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
