HELGA URSEL MARIE FEHLAUER (nee MARSCHALL) After a lengthy illness, on Sunday, Nov-ember 17, 2002, at St. Boniface Hospital, Helga Fehlauer passed away peacefully at the age of 74. Helga was born in Kreis-Marienverde, Germany on August 10, 1928. She married Paul Fehlauer in November 1950 and together they came to Canada in September 1956. She will always be remembered for her handiwork such as knitting and sewing and for her sunny disposition. She was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1998. Helga will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Christine and husband Larry McCartney, her little poopa, granddaughter Lauren; brothers and sisters, Harold (Lisa), Friedel (Maria), Inge (Hans), Adolf (Sylvia), Oskar (Aldeheid), Gerhard (Irmgard), Hannah (Joe) and Klaus (Carla) many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23, at 9:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment of her ashes will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens and the reception at Cropo Chapel. The family would like to thank Dr. Vajner, the nursing and support staff of 7A West at St. Boniface Hospital for all their care and kindness.
