PETER KULIK February 21, 1911 - February 16, 2003 Peacefully, and surrounded by his family, on Sunday, February 16, 2003, Peter passed away at 91 years of age. Left to cherish his memory are his loving family, Nettie his wife of 62 years, daughter Judy and son-in-law Pat. Also sister Victoria of Minneapolis, MN. Peter worked for Modern Dairies in Winnipeg for 38 years prior to his retirement. He moved from Winnipeg to Maple Ridge in 1985 with his wife Nettie. He was loved by his many friends and neighbours and will be truly missed. They took great pride in their yard and flower garden. Our heartfelt thanks to his physician Dr. R. Grist for his kindness and care he has always shown. We would also like to thank the wonderful nurses on 2 West of the Ridge Meadows Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22 at 1:00 p.m. in the MAPLE RIDGE FUNERAL CHAPEL, (Osborns), 11969-216th Street. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation in memory of Peter would be appreciated. MISS ME BUT LET ME GO When I come to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room - Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little, but not too long, and not with your head bowed low. Remember the love we once shared - Miss me, but let me go. For this journey we must all take, and each must go alone, It is all part of the Masters plan. A stop on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick at heart, go to the friends we know, And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds. Miss me, but let me go.
