Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID SAMUEL STEMPNICK Peacefully on April 23,2003 David passed away at the University Hospital in Edmonton, AB. Left to mourn his passing are sons, Michael and Damian; mother Rose; brothers, Gary (Joanne), Philip (Leslie) sister Chris Mikolayenko (Vic) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special friends and neighbours. He was predeceased by his father Michael. Dave enjoyed fishing and outdoor recreational activities. He had a passion for classic cars and music. He took pride in his home and garden and mostly in being a good father to his two sons. In his travels through work for Shilling Optical, Dave leaves behind many good friends across Western Canada. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 14 at 10.00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Munroe and Brazier, Winnipeg.
