Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCIEN FRANK ROUGEAU (LUCKY) April 28, 1923 - June 20, 2003 Suddenly on Friday, June 20, 2003, at Seven Oaks Hospital, Lucky passed away at the age of 80 years. Survived by beloved wife Katherine; four stepchildren; his two sisters, Rita Ducharme, of Anola, MB, and Lena Ducharme, of Richer, MB; and one brother Emil Rougeau, of Toronto, ON. Many thanks to family and friends for all their care and cooperation. Cremation has taken place at his request. No service will be held.
