RALPH "PAT" RYAN FELDMAN On Thursday, August 7, 2003 at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, MB, Ralph Ryan Feldman, 72 years, husband of Hazel Feldman (Hart), succumbed to his battle with lymphoma. Ralph was born at home October 23, 1930 in Pembina, ND. Upon graduating, he joined the United States Marines and served during the Korean War. He married Hazel Hart of Winnipeg on October 21, 1955. He went on to attend business college in Fargo, ND and obtained a job with the United States Government. He worked for U.S. Customs on the Canadian border at Pigeon River, IFalls, Warroad, and Roseau, MN. He retired from Customs in 1985. Ralph, fondly remembered as "Pat", was a family man. His granddaughters were the joy of his life. He commonly referred to them as his "sweeties". He enjoyed watching sports, golfing and fishing with his boys, and spending time at Jims "ranch" north of Winnipeg. Ralph is survived by his wife Hazel; his two sons, Kenneth Ryan of Stockton, CA and Neal Edward of Baudette, MN; and two granddaughters, Ashley and Tori. He is also survived by his brother Melvin Frances of Pembina, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Gladys; infant sister; and his brother Charles.
