Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or Memory"BOB" ROBERT STEPHEN Notice of Memorial Service Unexpectedly, on Friday afternoon, October 3, 2003 Bob passed away peacefully at home, where he knew he was always welcomed and loved. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his best friend of many years Susan Culliford and her children, Kevin and Brook. Bob was born April 20, 1949 and lived in Winnipeg throughout his life. He started working as a young boy shovelling snow for neighbours, a parking lot attendant at the Winnipeg Arena, Hieberts Academy Road Service and then in the insurance industry including Autopac from 1972 to 1974 and purchased Parker and Ramsay Insurance in 1975. He always made time to chat with his many customers, like he always said, "customers always come first". Bob loved to travel to St. Petes Beach, FL every April. Our favourite place to go was Anna Maria Island. He also loved football, the Bombers and the Bucs. He had Bomber season tickets for many years, and we travelled to several Grey Cups. Bob was a very generous person, always donating to many charities. He had several foster children he supported through World Vision, and his goal was one day to go visit these children. Bob tried hard to deal with the obstacles he had the last couple years of his life, but time ran out on him. He is now at peace. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Elsie. He leaves behind his family, and will be missed by his many friends. In compliance with Bobs wishes a memorial service will be held, and friends are invited to attend on Wednesday, October 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. I Love You Bob You will Forever by in my Heart. God be with you, you are now at Peace.

Its been a while since you left this world my friend. But I think of you almost everyday. Driving by Ellice/Wall looking. How I wish we could have done more together. Maybe camping, fishing, etc... But we were always too timid. My friend, I miss you. - Posted by: alvin thompson (friend) on: Jan 02, 2013
