Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUDOLPH LAURENCE HOROBETZ June 15, 1936 - October 17, 2003 It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Rudolph Laurence Horobetz, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Rudolph was born in Willowbrook, SK. Rudy followed his calling to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces, Naval Division. Following his tour, Rudy continued to serve the public through his career with the Winnipeg Fire Department. In his retirement Rudy enjoyed playing golf, cribbage and socializing with his family and friends. Rudy is survived by his son Randy and wife Sylvia, daughter Angie, grandchildren, Sasha, Tiana, Randy Jr., Tyler and Kynan; sisters, Helen (Bob), Florence and Rita (Al) brothers, Ernie (Adele), Carl (Hazel) and Russ (Delores) numerous nieces and nephews. Meeting Rudy as he crosses over are his parents, Nicholas and Anne; and sister Charlotte. Rudy will be greatly missed by all the lives he touched. Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 21 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. with Rev. D. Kawiuk officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 141 or the Firefighters Burn Fund. Rudy would appreciate it. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
