Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHUGO GAIDOSCH October 10, 1919 - November 11, 2003 After a brief illness, Hugo passed away at the Ste. Anne Hospital at the age of 84 years. Hugo is survived by his wife Ingeborg; son Herbert (Patsy) daughter-in-law Rosa; granddaughters, Angela (Tom) and Veronica (Al) great-grand-children, Brent, Kelsey, Connor and Cameron; brother Erhart (Grete) sister Nellie (Hans) and numerous nieces and nephews. Hugo was predeceased by his first wife Selma; his parents; and brother Siegfred. He was born in Romania then moved to Germany, where he learned his trade and worked hard and with pride. He came to Winnipeg with his family in 1952, and started a business called Central Meats at Magnus and Arlington. His business grew and his products were in large demand. He moved to larger premises at Redwood and Arlington, where he worked hard until his retirement. He then moved to Birds Hill, and eventually to Paradise Village. He will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 17 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Many thanks to the staff at Ste. Anne Hospital and friends and neighbours at Paradise Village for all their care and compassion.
