JESSIE REPSKI (nee SLIWA) It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Jessie on Wednesday, December 24, 2003 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by her husband John; her parents, Karol and Maria Sliwa; her brother Anthony Sliwa; and her sister Stella Sobkowicz. Jessie is survived by her children, Robert, Donna (Rob) and Brian (Laurel) and grandchildren, Jessica, Stacy, Alanna and Garrett. Mom was a fun loving person who cherished the times she spent with her children, especially her grandchildren. Respecting moms wishes, a private family service has taken place. The family would like to thank the Winnipeg Fire Department and Paramedics for their quick response and express their heartfelt appreciation to the emergency staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital. We would also like to thank all of moms home care workers for their dedication and care over the last several years. If friends so desire, donations in Jessies memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
