Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES DAWSON GARDINER Peacefully on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, Charles Gardiner, age 82, passed away. He was predeceased by his wife Mae; grandson Garrett Mushumanski; and brother Les (Olga). Charlie is survived by his daughters, Kerry and Bill Mushumanski, and Laurie and Bert Rous; granddaughter Marcy and Robert Williams; great-grandchildren Tyler, Breanna and Brett Williams. Also surviving is his very special friend and companion Kay OShaughnessy and her daughter Sandy (Harvey) and their son Pat Walker; sisters-in-law, Ener Sneddon, Edda (Ken) Lee and Joan Saedal; and numerous nieces and nephews. After retirement from the automotive industry, Dad spent countless hours woodworking and he enjoyed numerous sporting events. Thanks to the staff of 2 South at the Deer Lodge Centre, where he developed many friends, for the excellent care shown to our dad. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment and reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association of Manitoba, 102-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0S6.
