Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR (ART) SMITH 1915 - 2004 Arthur passed away peacefully with family at his side on Monday, January 12, 2004 at the Victoria General Hospital. Art was predeceased by his loving wife of 61 years, Agnes on January 3, 2004. He leaves to mourn his passing and to cherish his memory his daughter, Lynne (Bob) Colgan and Gayle (Phil) Grantham; sisters-in-law, May Collins and Kay Grant; brother-in-law Jim (Marg) Grant. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and dear friends. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Monday, January 19 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A reception will follow in the Chapel Lawn Reception Centre.
