Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOAO FIGUEIREDO DOS REIS Suddenly, on Sunday, January 25, 2004, Joao Reis, age 50 years, passed away at Health Sciences Centre. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Jose and Ermelinda Reis; sister Maria (Jose) Soares; brothers, Antonio (Ines) in Brazil, Jose (Elizabeth), Manuel (Rita) in Brazil and Paulo (Aida) many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Joao was a very loving and caring person who will be missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to thank all the staff in the Intensive Care Unit, HSC for all their care and compassion. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, January 28 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 29 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. with Rev. Fr. Jose Eduardo Medeiros officiating. Entombment to follow in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Assumption Cemetery.
