CHOY SIK CHOI (1916 - 2004) Peacefully on Monday, January 26, 2004, Choy Sik Choi, our wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, passed away at the age of 90 years. Mrs. Sik Choi was predeceased by her dear husband, Choy Yip Chick in 2001. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Wai Fong (Tai Yeung), Oi Fong (Wai Sum), Pui Fong (Patrick), Yew Fong (William), Suet Fong (Michael) son Chot Kwong (Claudia) 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many relatives and close friends both at home and abroad. Mom will always be remembered as a loving mother who spent countless hours cooking and caring for each family member. She was always there to lend a helping hand or watch over the grandchildren. During her golden years she enjoyed travelling all over Canada, USA, and Asia visiting relatives and friends. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the palliative care and homecare staff of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority for their constant care and support during her illness. A service to celebrate Mrs. Sik Chois life will take place on Friday, January 30, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Your work is done, rest in peace, "Mom".
