CECILIA WALLACE FEILDE (nee CAMPBELL) Peacefully at Winnipeg on the twelfth of March 2004, Cecilia Wallace Feilde in her 95th year. Cecilia was born in Winnipeg on the sixteenth of January 1910 and graduated from Rupertsland Ladies College. She was married to Denis in 1940 in Woodroffe, ON and spent the next two years in Toronto. Returning to Winnipeg, where she spent the rest of her life, she and Denis became active and devoted members of St. Aidans Anglican Church. She was a faithful member of the Womens Auxiliary and served in the 1960s on the Diocesan Council for Social Services. She was predeceased by her husband James G.F. (Denis) Feilde in 1967; her parents, the Hon. Archie C. Campbell and his wife Cecilia Selkirk Wallace both in 1955; her sister Elizabeth Broughton in 1986; her parents-in-law, James F. Feilde in 1970 and Helen Burley Feilde in 1947; her sister-in-law Doreen Parker in 1966. She is survived by her daughter Susan Bethune (Edwin), Winnipeg; her son James C. Feilde, Sanford; her grandsons, James Buchanan, Winnipeg and Robert Buchanan, Fort McMurray, AB; her sister Anne Nutter, Schoolcraft, MI; Annes children, Cecilia and Christopher; Elizabeths children, William and Mary and Doreens children, Jill, Jacqueline and Peter. A memorial service will be held at St. Aidans Anglican Church, Campbell Street and Kingsway Avenue, Winnipeg on Monday March 22, at 2:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
