Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWARWARA (ANNA) CHOPTIANYJ Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Saturday, April 10, 2004 at Holy Family Nursing Home, Warwara Choptianyj, aged 98. Warwara was born on December 19, 1905 in Zubiw, Ukraine. In 1965, she came to Canada, living with her sons family for 39 years. Left to cherish Warwaras memory are her daughter-in-law Marie; grandchildren, Dr. Ihor (Thor) (Chrystyna) and their children, Ariadna, Maxym, Platon and Renata; Dr. Bohdan (Bob) (Carole Prince) and their children, Danielle and Catherine; Oksana Choptiany (John Bogucki) and their children, Brianna and Laryssa; nephew Nykola Choptiany and his family in Toronto. Warwara was predeceased by her husband Maksym; sons, Nicholas and Bohdan and two daughters in infancy. Panakhyda will be sung 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 14 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 15 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. with Rev. M. Kouts officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
