Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL CHOMIAK Peacefully, on Wednesday, July 14, 2004, Michael Chomiak passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. Michael was born in Ukraine and came to Canada in 1954. Michael was predeceased by his wife Anastasia; parents, Andrew and Mary. Michael will be remembered by his favourite niece Luba Baylo in Siberia, Russia and many other relatives and friends. Prayers will be sung at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 27 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28 at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Ave. with Rt. Rev. Mitrat G. Oucharyk officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
