ANNA CHOMYNEC Peacefully, on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at Holy Family Nursing Home, Anna Chomynec, aged 81 years. Anna was born in selo Oporetz, W. Ukraine. She came to Canada in 1954, residing in Winnipeg. Anna was employed with Old Dutch Foods until her retirement. She was a member of Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral, the UCWLC of the parish and Institute Prosvita. Left to cherish Anna's memory are her daughter Olha Kurian; son Roman (Cynthia); grandchildren, Ron, Kim, Kathleen; great-grandchildren, Lars, Dawson, Easton, Kyle and Gavin, all of Winnipeg; one sister and one brother in Ukraine. Prayers will be sung at 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 27 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 28 also at the Cathedral with Rev. M. Kouts officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society of Manitoba. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
