March 24, 1959 - June 3, 2005 Tragically we sadly announce the passing of Edmund McKay Sr., May 29, 2005. Five days after the tragic accident, Edmund McKay Jr. joined his parents and the Lord, June 3, 2005. Prayers and wake held June 9 and 10, 8:00 p.m. at Steven's Memorial Church in Fisher River, MB. Funeral on June 11, 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Halcrow officiating. Interment to follow at Fisher River Cemetery. The family thanks Dr. Stephan Kowalski and staff of SICU 7th floor Health Sciences Centre, Dr. Greg Andreas and staff of Percy E. Moore Hospital, Fisher Ambulance, Fisher River Chief and Council, Waldie Murdock and staff at the Personal Care Home, Headingley Correctional inmates, relatives, friends, during and after the passing of Edmund Ralph McKay Sr. and Jr. Arrangements in care of Fisher Funeral Home, Fisher Branch, MB (204) 372-6271 or 372-6803.
