WILHELMINA ANTONIA PLUMMER Peacefully on Friday, September 9, 2005, Wilhelmina Plummer passed away at the age of 94 years. Born in Zwolle, Holland, Wilhelmina immigrated to Alberta as a war bride in 1946, and in 1986 she and her husband Albert moved to Winnipeg. Wilhelmina was predeceased by husband Albert and grandson Shahid Husain. She will be remembered by her daughter Josi Husain; grandchildren and their families: Sofia, Mark and Nicole Rogerson; Sadiq and Shannon Husain; Sajda, Derek and Jessica Siemens; sister Josephine Lindeman of Holland and her husbands family Bill and Evelyn Plummer and Jessie Mikkelsen of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan as well as several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to staff and volunteers of Heritage Lodge Personal Care Home and Dr. Kotecha for all the years of care given to my mother. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Wilhelmina will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
