WILLIAM EDWIN NEUFELD Peacefully, on Sunday, September 11, 2005 at Concordia Place Care Centre, William (Bill) Neufeld, beloved husband of the late Anne (Koslowsky) Neufeld, passed away at age 95 years. He is survived by son Robert and wife Donna; daughter Lynda and husband Dale Mieske; grandchildren, Catherine and Shane Cooney, Tim and Carla Neufeld, Jonathan Neufeld, Caitlyn Mieske, Joel Mieske; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Nathan, and Braden Cooney. Also survived by sister Agathe DeFehr and brothers, Alf and Herb. Predeceased by siblings, Tina Toews, Annie Koop, George, Erna DeFehr, Mary, Ben, John, Jake. Bill came to Canada from Russia in 1924. He was service manager at CA DeFehr Sons for 38 years. In his retirement, he enjoyed the art of clock repair, especially mantle and grandfather clocks. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church, 145 Henderson Hwy. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 14 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main St., and at the church one hour prior to the service.
