VENANCE E. CLEMENT April 15, 1925 - September 12, 2005 It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of their beloved Venance E. Clement. Venance was freed from his pain and called home on Monday, September 12, 2005 at Foyer Valade. Venance was predeceased by his son Lucien on October 3, 1996. Venance leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 57 years, Marie-Flore; his children, Delorese (Clermont), Gisele (Gerry), Mirielle (Arnold), Yoland, Robert (Sheryl), Louise (Brian), Bonnie; grandchildren, Rochelle, Alain, Bryan (Elisa), Nicole (Tori), Jason, Jacqueline, Mark, Shelley-Ann (Chris); step-grandchild Brenda; and great-grandchildren, Janelle, and Carl. As well his sister Terry Clement. Dad's love for farming kept him on the family farm for 41 years (1948-1989) with his wife and children. Together Venance and his wife built a new home and retired in Winnipeg (1990). A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16 at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, 1007 St. Mary's Rd. with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment and reception to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. The family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the doctors and staff at Foyer Valade, St. Boniface Hospital, Health Sciences Centre, and Fort Garry Centre for the loving and compassionate care given to Dad during his lengthy illness.
