Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMURRAY JOHN KENNEDY May 8, 1939 - September 8, 2005 It is with sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Murray at the age of 66 years. Murray is survived by two brothers, Keith (Jill) of Brandon, MB, Ross (Judy) of Winnipeg, MB; sister Judy (Raynard) of East St. Paul, MB; six nephews, Garry, Jason (Stephanie) and Karl Kennedy (Lisa), Jamie, Kory and Jeremy Wahl; two nieces, Karen Kennedy-Bevan (Russ) and Shelley McDonnell (Murray); three great-nephews, Reid Fisher, Barett McDonnell and Nathan Kennedy; five great-nieces, Adrienne and Leigha McDonnell, Shae Bevan, Kayla and Kaitlyn Kennedy; and sister-in-law Evelyn Kennedy. He was predeceased by his mother Lillie Kennedy in 1979; father Bill Kennedy in 2001; sister-in-law Ariel Kennedy in 1981; and niece Gail Kennedy in 1958. Murray was born in Prince Albert, SK. He grew up in Snow Lake, MB and moved to Winnipeg, living his later years between Winnipeg and Selkirk. He was a rugged individual whose passion was visiting with his brothers and sister, family and friends. On Saturday, September 17 at 10:30 a.m., a celebration of Murray's life will be held in Silver Heights United Church, 199 Garrioch Ave. (corner of Mount Royal Road and Ness Avenue). For those who wish, parking will be available in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church Parking Lot located on Ness Avenue. Our family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Drs. Paunovic and Dickieson; nurse Leeanne and all the great staff at the Intensive Care Unit, GH7 at the Health Sciences Centre, as well as to nurse Judith for her spiritual support.
