AGNES WORTHINGTON (nee MILLER) Peacefully, on Thursday, September 22, 2005 at the Riverview Health Centre, Agnes left us for a better place at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her loving husband John in 2000, her sister and brother-in-law Lillian and Frank Wilson and son-in-law Donald Duncan and an infant son Stuart, as well as her brother Jack and sister Ruby. Left to cherish Mom's memory are her six children, Joan Moore (Charlie), Beverley Storey (Gary), Carol Duncan, Sylvia Ruddock (Percy), Ronald (Judy), and Bill (Leslie); 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, also brother Brian Currie and his wife Elsie. Mom was interested mainly in the health and happiness of her children, she was able to witness the achievement of both. Cremation has taken place and at Agnes' request there will be no service. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Sincere thanks to the professional staff at the Riverview Health Centre for their wonderful care and compassion towards our Mother. A Mother holds your hand for awhile but she holds your heart forever. In lieu of flowers, donations in Agnes' memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
