Mom lived her life devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. She gave of her love, time and all she could offer unselfishly and endlessly all her life. She and Dad met while they were stationed in the R.C.A.F. in Dauphin, MB. They married there on April 22, 1943 and shared 61 years of marriage. They raised their four children together and shared all life had to offer, first in the Patricia Court on Furby Street, then Garden City on Arrowwood, Watson and ultimately at Amber Meadow retirement centre in their last years. They valued the friendships they forged there and appreciated the kindness extended to them while living there. Funeral service will be held at the Chesed Shel Emes funeral chapel, 1023 Main St. on Tuesday, September 27. Please contact Chesed Shel Emes, 582-5088 for time of service.
