Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES PERREAULT In loving memory of Charles Perreault, age 59 of Migisi Sahgaigan, who passed away on September 25, 2005 at the Concordia Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. Charles was born in Dryden, ON on February, 19, 1946 to Felix Perreault and Annie Moore. He was an avid outdoorsman and maintained his love of fishing and hunting throughout his lifetime. Charles was an education counsellor and a strong advocate of education within his community. He demonstrated this with his tireless efforts and constant support to his students. He was also involved with the Ojibway Tribal Family Services for many years. His family and friends will remember Charles for his love of life and his ability to lighten people's sprits with his sense of humour. Charles especially enjoyed sharing a good chuckle with his close friends. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Charles Perreault is survived by his former wife Verna Perreault, and his former partners Margaret Gardner, and Mary Ann Wabonge. His is also survived by his brothers Gordon Ackabee, Joseph (Marge Kakeeway) Perreault; his sons, Marvin William Charles Perreault, Kevin James (Vanessa Sky) Perreault, Roger (Kelly Derosier) Pitchenese; his daughter Lisa Ann Perreault (Patrick Lands), and his four grandchildren Calvin Wesley Sky, Jasmine Renee Perreault, Shalyn Elizabeth Lands, Chelsea Dawn Perreault. He will also be sadly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews; Francis and Molina Perreault, Christine, Joanne, Linda, and Lillian Ackabee; Frances, Florence, and Francis Raymond Ackabee; Dwayne, Derek, and Desiree Perreault; Joel Perreault; Cheryl and Patricia Fox. Charles was predeceased by his parents Felix Perreault and Annie Moore, and his siblings William Perreault, Leo Ackabee, Francis Perreault, Jeanette Mae Ackabee, Mary Ann Perreault, and his niece Donna Fox. A funeral Service to celebrate the life of Charles Perreault was held on September 29 at 1:00 p.m. at the Migisi Sahgaigan Community Hall with Elder Robert Kelly and Arnold Gardner officiating. Interment followed in the Migisi Sahgaigan Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation through Dryden Community Funeral Home, 249 Grand Trunk Ave, Dryden, ON P8N 2X3.
