Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPIERINO BERTONE On Thursday, September 29, 2005, Pierino Bertone, beloved husband of Antonietta and father of Antonio and Romeo passed away at Victoria Hospital at the age of 65 years. Pierino is survived by his mother Nella; brother Ermanio (Vincenza); niece Antonella; nephew Walter, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Antonio in 1983. Pierino was born in Venere Dei Marsi Aquila, Italy. After moving to Canada, he ran a clothing store named, Pierino Bertone Men's Clothing. Pierino was later employed with Harry Rosen at Polo Park for about 20 years. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He will be truly missed. Special thanks to Drs. Griffin and Strachan as well as nurses Arlene, Linda, Roberta, Carol and Kirsten for their excellent care. A great big thanks to the management and staff at Harry Rosen, as well as relatives and friends for all their help and support. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be Marco and Eric De Thomasis, Shawn Larocque, Walter Bertone, Can Altay and Sam Wijewardana.
