Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE JEAN SINCLAIR It is with deep sadness, but wonderful memories, we announce the passing of Anne on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the Grace General Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Lilias (nee Matheson); sister Dorothy and sister-in-law Ruth. Anne is survived by her brother Ian D. of Oakville, ON, his children and their families, and brother William (Merret) of Spokane, WA. Many relatives in Canada and other parts of the world. Aunty Dean will be lovingly remembered by her special family Bill and Norma Ridgeway, Tracy, Richard and Baily Proctor, Kelly Ridgeway, Beth, Daniel and Kayla Mason and Robert Ridgeway. Winnipeg was her home, where she received her education and business training. Was employed by the Provincial Government until her retirement, as a clerk and accounting clerk with the Social Services Department. She was a long-time member of the United Church and many other organizations to numerous to list. Anne believed in furthering her knowledge on all issues and to this end attended many courses and lectures. She enjoyed travel, seeing new things, a good debate at anytime and keeping in touch with those who she cared. Her active and inquiring mind, and sense of humour will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place, and in accordance with her wishes, an outdoor service will be held at Brookside Cemetery on Wednesday, October 5 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined, donations can be made to an organization or charity of one's choice.
