MONA MARION LANGLOIS (SAMOLESKY)

Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMONA MARION LANGLOIS (nee SAMOLESKY) Peacefully, with her loving daughter and son-in-law beside her, Mona passed into her next life on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, at the West Park Manor Personal Care Home, at the age of 98 years. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Carol Reznik (George); grandson George Reznik (Auriana); great-grandchildren, Gabrielle and Julius; as well she is survived by brother Paul Conway; favorite nieces, Linda and Joan Gervais; and her many nieces and nephews. Mona was predeceased by her husband Bill; son Gary; and granddaughter Lisa. Born in Vita, MB, Mona lived her younger years in Vita, Roseisle and Winnipeg. She married Bill Langlois and resided in St. James for over seventy years. Mona was an active and involved member of the Assiniboine Golf Club and Deer Lodge Curling Club and was a dedicated volunteer for many years at Deer Lodge Community Club. She was well known for her generosity, charm and graciousness to her many friends in St. James, Westwood and in her later years at Kiwanis Courts. Mona will be dearly missed by her friends and family. Mona spent her last years in the loving care of West Park Manor Personal Care Centre. Her family especially, wish to express their sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff on 2 South, with a special thank you to her dear friend Rachael. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. in St. John Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church, 1707 John Brebeuf Place with Rev. Msgr. Ward Jamieson presiding. A private family interment will take place in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. You will reveal the path of life to me, Give me unbounded joy in your presence. I was so sorry to see that Mona had passed away. She had lived a long and fulfilling life and she will be missed. I was Mona's care giver at West Park Manor for two years and she has grown very near and dear to my heart.....she was cute and fiesty and I loved her dearly......her pain is over Carol and her life will start anew. - Posted by: Tammy Hueging (Friend) on: Oct 18, 2005
