JOHN A. WARD May 26, 1951 - October 7, 2005 Suddenly on October 7, 2005, John A. Ward passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre. He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey and Tyler; his sisters, Evelyn, Margaret and numerous loving relatives who will miss him dearly. John, who was known to everyone as Jack, had one priority in his life - family. His greatest joys were his boys, and every year they would take camping trips to Clear Lake. The three of them loved to play golf together. Jack was proud of Tyler and all the sports he was involved in and was always there to cheer him on. Jack was proud of Jeffrey and how he could always count on him. Jeff was a big help to his dad. Jack worked for the City of Winnipeg for over 25 years and was a long time active Member of C.U.P.E. Local 500. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 701 Regent Ave. Always loved and never forgotten.
