MARGARET NORDSTROM Margaret Nordstrom passed away peacefully at Oakside Manor, Salmon Arm, BC, on October 5, 2005. In July of this year, Margaret Nan celebrated her 100th birthday. Nan was born in Winnipeg, MB on July 8, 1905, and had been a schoolteacher for 35 years. She had lived in the Salmon Arm area since 1966. Nan lovingly crafted many quilts and dolls as gifts for family and friends. Nan was predeceased by her husband, Clarence, and is survived by three children, Allan (Kathleen) Nordstrom in Winnipeg, MB, John (Darlene) Nordstrom of Mulhurst Beach, AB and Eileen (Bert) Hawrysh of North Vancouver; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will have a memorial gathering at a later date. Donations in memory of Nan may be made to the charity of one's choice.
