Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySENA ELIZABETH BADALI Peacefully at the Grace Hospital, Sena Badali passed away at the age of 102 on Saturday, October 8, 2005. She was predeceased by her husband Tony in 1959; her brothers, Gus and Frank. Mom (Nana) is lovingly remembered by her daughter Pat and husband Fred Olsen; grandchildren, Val (Greg Bohachik) and daughter Shannon; David (Aleta) and children, Patrick, Janine and Kerri; Cathy (Tim Keogan) and children, April, Neil and Jill; Ken (Gloria) and children, Katelyn, Douglas and Kayla; Gerald; Susan (Al Kinnear) and children, Dylan and Jeremy. After graduating from Kelvin High School, Sena attended Success Business College. Upon completing the course she worked for eight years at Sovereign Life Insurance Company before staying home to start a family. She is a past member of the Catholic Women's League, Leonardo da Vinci Association and member of the board of the St. James Historical Museum. She felt blessed to have grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the joys of her life. She enjoyed travelling to visit them or having them visit her. She will be deeply missed, but her loving spirit and all the happy memories will forever be in our hearts. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Terrance McGrath on Saturday, October 15 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 395 St. Charles St. with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Reception will follow at Chapel Lawn Reception Centre, 4000 Portage Ave. Pallbearers will be David Olsen, Ken Olsen, Gerald Olsen, Ron Iannone, Anthony Herd and Tony Coniglio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sena's memory to a charity of choice.
