EDNA MARGARET SUNDMARK On October 9, 2005, Edna Sundmark passed away peacefully at the Charleswood Care Centre at the age of 94 years. Edna was born in Dauphin, MB. She spent her younger years in Saskatchewan where her father Ernest Ashley Ross was a station agent for the CNR. The family moved to Erickson, MB, where she met Carl Sundmark. In 1942, Edna and Carl were married in Winnipeg. Edna was predeceased by her husband Carl in the year 2000. Edna will be lovingly remembered by her son Ross, his partner Susan; grandchildren, Hayden, Adam, Taylor and Colton, step-grandchildren, Brooke and Dallas, of Winnipeg; her sister Dorothy Nilson; niece Corinne and her husband Harold Wanke of Nanaimo, BC. A private family graveside service will be held at Thomson In the Park Cemetery on Friday, October 14 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Pat Wotton, Minister of Churchill Park United Church, presiding. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff at the Charleswood Care Centre for their loving care and compassion during Edna's final years.
