FLOSSIE COLLINGS It is with regret we announce the passing of Flossie Collings, aged 95, on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Oakview Place. Flossie was born in Cornwall, England in 1909. Her working career was at Canada Bread, where she was employed for 25 years. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Ivy and infant brother Harold. Flossie will be lovingly remembered and fondly missed by her brother Albert; niece Terry (Dean) Shumka and nephew Garth (Karen) Collings; great-nephews, Jason, Kyle and Mac and nieces and nephews in England. The family would like to recognize the consideration and loving care given to Flossie by the care givers at Oakview Place. A private family service was held. Flossie was laid to rest beside her parents at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in memory of Flossie to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent Rd., Winnipeg, R2L 1X3.
