WILLIAM STEFURA September 14, 1931 - October 12, 2005 William Stefura passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2005, at the Victoria General Hospital at the age of 74. William was predeceased by his wife Phyllis Marge and his son Michael. William is survived by his son Bill Jr. (Valerie); step-daughters, Denise and Wendy (Martin); daughters-in-law Trudy and Laurel; grandchildren, Kimberlee, Kailee, Christopher, Daniel; brother Johnny; and William's special friend Jean. William was born in Winnipeg, MB. He began his career at Greater Winnipeg Gas Company (Manitoba Hydro) in 1956, retiring in 1993. William enjoyed spending his summers with his family and friends at Chesley's Resort. He was a life long member at the Rockwood Army and Navy, Br. 303, where he had several friends. William was thankful for having his companion Jean come into his life. He was a gentleman, who was very loving and proud of his family. The family would like to thank the staff of Level 3 at Victoria General Hospital for their kindness and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in William's name may be made to the charity of one's choice. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 15 at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Stafford at Corydon. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
