MARY (MAY) DALZELL (nee MOORE) January 21, 1926 - October 15, 2005 Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on October 15, 2005 our dear Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away at St. Boniface Hospital, and joined her beloved husband Alex, who predeceased her on August 16, 1992. May will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Patricia (Blake) Cross and Norah (Bill) Jarman; grandchildren, Jeff (Monique) Cross, Susie (Mitch) Cross, Tara (Mark) Fowler, and Lee Anne Jarman; great-grandchildren, Mason and Averie Cross, Maxwell Cross, Kevin and Meaghan Fowler and Leeam Jarman. She will also be fondly remembered and missed by her sisters, Lily Tweedie and Irene (Fred) Coakes, brother-in-law in Belfast, Northern Ireland, George (Myrtle) Dalzell, and many nieces and nephews in Canada and Northern Ireland. May was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and immigrated to Canada in 1957 with her husband and young daughters. May and Alex loved spending time at their cottage in Sandy Hook, which they built in 1977 and travelling south in the winter months. The family would like to thank her friends at 360 Osborne and at the Rendezvous Club at Riverview Hospital Day Centre. If friends wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A private family service will be held at May's request.
