Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE FONTAINE 1923 - 2005 It is with profound sadness that the family of Pauline Fontaine announces her passing. On Saturday, October 15, 2005, at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Pauline (nee Baron) went to her eternal rest. She leaves to mourn her passing four daughters, Suzanna Anselem, Jackie Dejean, Marvlyn Derroux all of Winnipeg and Bella Fontaine of Hamilton, ON also one daughter-in-law Melanie (Stanley); one son Ogiste and wife Roselind Charles of Dominca, F.V.I.; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandson Terrell; two sisters; three brothers all in Dominca; one special niece Mayva and Sam Netsere and their son Daniel. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, MacWilliam Fontaine (December 2001) and one son, Stanley Fontaine (September 2000). Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Home, 1020 Main St., Winnipeg with Pastor Raymond Cornish officiating. Ashes will be placed in Dominca at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pauline's memory to Health Sciences Centre Research Foundation 820 Sherbrooke St. Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9. Thank you to the doctors and nurses, health care aides and staff of GA4, H.OBS Unit on GH4 for their excellent efforts and care they gave to mom during her stay; also to Dr. Norman Hechtenphal and Dr. Krystal Van Ineveld of Riverview Hospital. As well to Jacintha Barchett; to her special roommate friend, Lella on GA4; Wilma and Liz, Delores and Darrell White for all of their help and care over the years.
