Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDARRYL BRIAN SOANES 1979 - 2005 On Thursday, October 20, 2005 at his residence, Darryl Soanes passed away at the age of 26 years. Darryl will be lovingly remembered by his loving parents, Brian and Val; sister Allison and her son Jalen Soanes; his grandparents, Herb and Elsie Derksen, Joan Soanes, Arnold Soanes (Vicki), aunts and uncles, Diane (Frank) Grant, Pam (Tom) Francis, Dan (Lynn) Derksen, Debbie (Gary) Scott, Sharleen Slator (Doug), Rhonda Soanes and their families. He will also be dearly missed by all his friends at MPIC, the many curling friends throughout Winnipeg and his pool league teammates. Viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 26, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (South of the Royal Canadian Mint). Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. also at the chapel. Interment will take place at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will be held in the Glen Lawn Reception Centre. Special thanks to our families that have united and our extended family of Pat and Darryl Bukoski. We also want to thank our son's family friends and friends for their loving care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Darryl to the Schizophrenia Society Inc. Darryl was a kind, gentle and polite young man with a beautiful smile; and his passing greatly saddens me. My father suffered from schizophrenia, and his life was cut short.
