ROBERT HENRY HILL October 29, 1938 - October 22, 2005 It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing peacefully at home of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 43 years and soul mate Doreen, his children Rick (Candace), Cathy (Bruce), Chris (Ray), Jackie (Dennis), grandchildren, B.J., Jeremy, Brittany, Braxton, Conner and Courtney; his mother Rose, mother-in-law Maja, brother Jack (Mary), sisters Betty (Add), Milly (Hugh), Barb, sister-in-law Edna; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and all his friends from Lac du Bonnet/Badger/Warren. He was predeceased by his father Thomas, brother Bill, and father-in-law William. Dad was an avid hunter and loved spending time at his cabin in Badger with mom. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved spending time with them. Dad was employed by Seaway Midwest and Livingston for 32 years before he retired in 1994. They lived in Warren, MB for 25 years with Dad being a highly involved coach in his kid's hockey, baseball, ringette. Dad spent many hours in his workshop enjoying his great love of woodworking. Special thanks to Dr. McDowell and Dr. Haiart and the compassionate treatment from the Emergency response team. Cremation has taken place and as per his request no service will be held.
