Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryV. EMIL ODDSON It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Emil. Peacefully after a lengthy illness, at Arborg Hospital, Emil rejoined his family on October 19, 2005. Emil was born March 19, 1930, in Geysir, where he was raised, educated and farmed for most of his life. He loved curling and attending dances at Geysir Hall. Emil was predeceased by his parents Vilhjalmur and Emilia; and by his brothers, Gunnlaugur and Thomas. At Emil's request, there will be no funeral service held. Cremation has taken place. Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
