NATHANIEL YVON JOSEPH DESCHAMBAULT C'est le 22 octobre 2005 que Nathaniel Yvon Joseph Deschambault termina son court sejour parmi nous. Ses parents, Martyne Laliberte, Yvon Deschambault et sa demie-soeur Desiree ainsi que leurs families, Ginette et Claude Laliberte, Viviane et Olivier Deschambault, Michele et Darrelle Cadieux (Daniele et Christian), Yolande Deschambault et Tim, Natacha et Kevin Penner (Kalen, Kassia, Kailen) aimeraient remercier tous ceux et celles qui nous ont supportes durant ces derniers temps. Nathaniel had Trisomy 18 also known as Edward's Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that affects an average of one family out of 6000 per year. Due to its rarity there is barely any funding in this area. Instead of sending flowers or gifts, it would be greatly appreciated if you would send a donation to the Children's Hospital Foundation in memory of Nathaniel.
