EUGENE JOHN (BOBBY) DESJARLAIS June 29, 1931 - October 29, 2005 It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Eugene John (Bobby) Desjarlais, of Deerhorn, MB on October 29, 2005 at the age of 74 years. Bobby leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 49 years Vivian; sons, Alvin, Perry (Carolyn), Dean (Marilyn), Dion, Bradley (Trina) and Darren; seven grandchildren; his brothers, Ken (Frankie) and Clarence (Simone); father and mother-in-law, Lewis and Irene Sevigny; sister-in-law Marge; two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bobby was predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Antoinnette Desjarlais; brother Jules (Big Joe) and sister-in-law Leona. Bobby lived his life in the Deerhorn area. He enjoyed hunting in the Burnt Lake area, trapping, snaring, gardening, bingo and playing the fiddle and guitar. Bobby like to phone everybody everyday, just to bug them and see what they were up to. His family was very important to him, especially his grandchildren and his baby brother Pic Dubois, as they were like two peas in a pod. Bobby will always be loved and remembered. A special thanks to Dr. Burnett, ambulance attendants, RCMP Constable Jason Young, Cindy Waters, Larry and Susie and the E. M. Crowe Memorial Hospital for all their love and care for our dad. At Bobby's request, there will be no funeral service. Interment will be held at a later date at the Lundar Municipal Cemetery.
