Date of Passing: Oct 29, 2005
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL PHILIP HENDRICKS March 11, 1928 - October 29, 2005 Peacefully, after a brief stay at St. Boniface Hospital Paul left us to be with his wife Bev and parents Martin and Teeni and brother Peter who pre-deceased him. Paul's legacy lives on through his daughter Lori (Doug Mabb) of Oakbank, son Brian (Colleen) of Calgary; and grandchildren, Jeff (Twila), Carlea, and Ryan Mabb as well as Kurtis and Evan Hendricks. He is also survived by his brother Jim (Beth), and sisters Evelyn (Bill Morgan) and Nell (Joe Tardi). Dad devoted his life to his wife and family and always took the time to help those who sought his guidance. He was also extremely talented when it came to woodworking, guitar playing, automotive, and general mechanics. Paul enjoyed his time at the trailer and also liked to travel. More recently he took an interest in cooking and gardening. Dad had a great sense of humor that everyone who knew him will remember. A celebration of Paul's life will be held on Friday November 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Immanuel United Church at 755 Golspie St., Rev. Nancy Sanders will be officiating. Special thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion and to the many friends and relatives who have offered their prayers and support. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the Christmas Cheer Board, or the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler Funeral Chapel
