Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLIAN RUTH GAGNON Peacefully, on Tuesday, November 1, 2005, Lillian Gagnon, aged 94, passed away at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents Lewis and Rebecca Mead; husband Joseph and brothers, Harold, Irwin and Arthur. Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Joan (John) Yarema and Shirley (Alf) Morneau; sons, Ed (Linda) Gagnon and Jim (Betty) Gagnon; eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Born in Winnipeg, Lillian, at age one moved with her parents as a homesteader to Mulvihill, Manitoba. She had many fond memories of her time growing up on the farm. At age 16 she relocated to Winnipeg and began her working career in the food services industry. Thank you to the staff of the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for the loving care you gave to our mother during her brief stay there. Memorial service will be held Friday, November 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. A reception will follow. Flowers are gratefully declined, if friends so desire a donation in memory of Lillian to the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg, 276 Hugo Street North, Winnipeg, MB, R3M 2N6 would be appreciated.
