Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY BELLE BREDIN (nee CLUBINE) Mary Belle (nee Clubine) Bredin of Humboldt, SK passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Humboldt, on Monday, October 31, 2005. She was 85 years of age. Mary Belle, the daughter of John and Mary Clubine was born on February 21, 1920, in Morden, MB. She took all her education at Maple Leaf School in Morden. During the war, Mary Belle worked at the Trans Canada Airport, Winnipeg. On June 29, 1946, she married the love of her life, Arthur Bredin, in Grace United Church in Winnipeg. They had many moves but finally lay down their roots in Humboldt in 1960. Arthur was a representative for Westeel Ltd. He and Mary Belle were both members of the United Church. Mary Belle was predeceased by her husband Arthur; parents, John and Mary Clubine; brother Harold Clubine; sister Leslie; brothers-in-law, Charles Bell and Bob Johnston; parents-in-law, John and Caroline Bredin; and by other in-laws of the Bredin family, Charlie (Lamina) Bredin, Ernie (Sally) Bredin, Dykes (Pat) Bredin and Vera (Grant) Macauley. Mary Belle will be sadly missed by her two sisters and their families, Beatrice Bell and children, Ron, Jim and Joan (Wayne) Carson and their children, Brad, Neil, Keith and Tracy; and Olive (John) Enns and children, Eric and Heather; sisters-in-law, May Clubine and her daughter Lynne and Ina Johnston. She will also be missed by the Kidd family, David, Rosetta, Jamie and Dana. Christmas will never be the same. Belle's wish was to be cremated and placed to rest beside Arthur in the Legion Section of the Humboldt Public Cemetery with no funeral service.
